hey i got a hks type 1 turbo timer and it wont work unless i got the ebrake wire hooked into it , im stupid and cant find it , any help and what color is it thanks

 

Here's a pic. The red thing is my wiretap for my turbo timer. The wire is in that fat black shrinkwrapped thing, the wire itself is a light greenish color.

I didn't think it'd be that hard to find, its the only wire going into that area.
