Hey guys,

Just hoping for some assistance. I am putting my doors back on my FD, and the top bolt that bolts up to the door doesn't tighten. Therefore the door is not aligning. I have tried to re-thread it and many other bolts, and still no luck. What are the options to fix this?

Bore it out and thread for larger bolt.

Or bore it out and use a threaded insert to restore the threads to the original size. The product is called helicoil.
