the only reason i see for getting 19s is if you have a show car. first, they dont make tires for 19s low-profile enough to even come close to the stock tires' diameter. second, the stock brakes will look really puny behind 19 inch wheels. third, you will have replace your rims every month because they will look terrible from the damage of potholes/bumps with the rubber band like tires on there. fourth, they will be pretty heavy, so the will hurt performance, but this doesnt matter unless you're racing.

go with 18s.

Yes you can go 19X9 all the way around that is with the proper offset. But if you can get 8/8.5" wide in front in that way you have less chance of rubbing the inner fender. You can either go with 235 in front but it is a bit on the smaller side. I say 245 works better on a 9" wide rims. I use to have 235 on my 9" wide rims and it looks OK. But I change to 245 and it looks way better. You can go with 265/275 in the rear it work just fine. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend you to get 19" for streets and even so if your car is a daily driver. I agreed with JoeD, you have to be extra careful going over potholes and bumps because you can easily bend the rims. I say you go with 18" rims works best on the streets. I have 19" rims on mine and so far so good. I have driven in the worst of the worst and that is being extra careful. If my car was not a show car 18" would be my choice.
