Hey -
Titan Motorsports down in Orlando - they did all the work, and just subbed out the things they don't specialize in like paint and the rollbar - good guys...slow...but good attention to detail.
(Also trying a new sig that complies with the size maximums!)

After I bought my FD in May my best friend went out and bought a 94 supra tt. Mine is mostly stock and his has basically the BPU+ upgrades. The car was built by Pettit racing in FLordia (yes Pettit the Rx7 guys) and the car ran a 12.1 with a 100 shot of nos. It is running at 25 psi, stock turbos, Gready exhaust, no cats, and aluminum flywheel with 6puck clutch. But that is just to let you know about where they stand. He wrecked it the week after he got it though and decided to put some extras on it. He go the big gready fmic and an avcr. The guys at the supra store .com told him at 30psi he should be running mid to low 11's.

It's not a hard and fast rule - but generally:
BPU = Intake, DP, Exhaust, Boost Controller (turbo timer)
and then +'s, remembering everything is cumulative:
+ = FMIC
++ = Cam Gears
+++ = VPC (w/ GCC or AFR or Etc...)
Though the order (again) is kind of subjective.
That's pretty much everything you can do, in terms of engine performance before you tear into the turbo system itself - of course, there's always nitrous that can be run on any of the above. You can also switch the turbos to operate parallel vs. sequential at any upgrade level.
The VPC (Vein Pressure Converter) changes the car from a MAF setup to a speed density system (the GCC or equivalent ride piggy-back for extra fine tuning) - on a stock turbo car is does remove some restriction in the intake, but it becomes a tuning necessity for a single car (in fact, for the money many people consider it a pretty poor $$$-to-HP ratio for a stock twin car)
So from a BPU+++ car, you're pretty much a turbo kit and fuel (for a larger system) away from a single car!

Yellow Dragon is no more
All of the Supras I've come across are pretty darn fast and they are very reliable. One difference I haven't heard mentioned is racing from a stop or from a roll on @ 60. RX-7s seem to get the better of Supras down low and vice versa in higher gears. Just don't get nervous and run your race.

All of my friend's drive Supra's. I can beat any BPU+++++Supra on the road. Now when they go single, thats a different story. My best friend has a T04R on his Supra and is putting down 650rwhp running 10.7's @ 133mph. Funny thing is.....can you imagine an RX7 w/ that much power...
