Can u take off stock bovs?

Just wondering if the stock BOVs are necessary to still have on if you already have one seperate BOV. I heard you can take off the 1 but not the other.
And if I take off the the factorys will my car run like crap?
I know they serve a purpose, but dont know why.

Stock cars don' have two BOV. One is a BOV the other is a CRV (charge relief valve). I don't think you can take off the CRV if you are still running a stock setup w/emissions.
