Can stock fuel return handle bigger pump?
I'm running a PFC, downpipe, exhuast (no midpipe yet), stage 1 port (according to Hayes 10% to 15% over stock). I purchased an SR Ultimate fuel pump and was considering installing it but was unsure if I really needed it yet. If I did install it, would the stock fuel return be able to keep up with extra fuel (according to Ray's website 43psi on pump)? I'm running .95 boost on primary and .85 on secondary using PFC commander. Also, is there a good website on how to convert over to non sequential?

yes...install the pump... you are running some boost numbers on the high side...although I have never seen a dataplot of the stock FP..you can bet it the fuel pressure drops when you are pushing it.. The ultimate from SR "should" be better...meaning less pressure drop. You also need to take a look at you injector duty cycle since you have the PFC..they say not to run over 90% day in and day out...after the pump install if you are still above 90% then you need to then think about larger secondaries...if that is still not enough then a rising rate fuel pressure regulator (RRPPR)...usually you dont need one of those unless you have upgraded turbo or gone single turbo..
Hope that helps you.........
