can someone tell me what this is?
I dont have a pic of it. sorry. but i finished my non seq set up and i noticed i dont know where this one blue plug leads to. It located right by the turbo precontrol and wastebgate control solenoid. Its light blue in color. Maybe thats causing my car to not start... hmm...

It's supposed to be unplugged. On non-California '93 FD's it has no use. On all the rest, it goes the electronic EGR. It has nothing to do with starting your car.
