Question Can I remove these wires???

Hey, here is the current condition of my car:

Anyway, I just removed all of the blue SRS airbag wiring and computer. Now, what are these wires and can I remove them completely from the car? I think they are also for the airbag system but I am not sure. These top two pics are on the front of the car, one on each side above the oil coolers.

This one is in the inside of the hatch up against the back of the car.

I have NO AC, PS, Cruise Control, ABS, Airbags, and popup headlights. So I want to remove the un-needed relays and wiring from the two fuse boxes under the hood before I do my wire tuck and fuse box/relay relocation to the driver side bin. In regards to the long skinny fuse box in the front, center on the engine bay. I know I don't need the Air Pump Relay, Fog Light Relay, and Air Condition Relay but what does the TNS relay and Retra relay? What do those two relays control?

Now onto the big fuse box on the driver side of the engine bay. I know I don't need both ABS relays, and the AC relay. But what does the BTN relay, B1 relay, and circuit relay control?

Now where is the Cruise Control computer? I know its under the dash, but I couldn't find it. Currently I am taking out the rubber mat on the back of the firewall out and using a heat gun to remove the tar from under the carpet. I removed the ABS computer in the hatch and wanted to know if I could remove this giant plug and all of the wiring along with it. It is the ABS computer plug.

Also, can the Diagnostics plug be removed under the hood on the driver's side? What about the associated wiring?

Thanks,
Phil

You'll need the TNS relay, your lighting is wired through it. Look at the wiring guide, that will tell you what is controlled by each relay.

Those are grounds and very important. The car already has grounding issues. They can break or corrode causing all sorts of problems. Leave them be or clean them up as needed.
