Can I install engine with trans attached?

I followed the factory manual for removing the engine and transmission on my new project (93 R1). I got a reman from Ray at Malloy. I'm in the process of putting everything back together.
I have the intercooler and the cross-brace the battery sits on removed. My question is - can I put the transmission on the engine and install the whole thing at once? It looks like there's enough room, but I want to know if anyone else has tried this.

yes its very easy. Just make sure when dropping it, you have enough of an angle on the chains that you can pivot it on the chains.

I've done it about half and half But it seems to be a bit easier without the tranny one. When i say easier i over all mean less work.

Make sure to get a load leveler and also you'll need to remove the PPF and driveshaft to "easily" put it back into the transmission.
