California EGR Connector

Recently did a tranny swap and installed a Manual Engine Harness and noticed that I can't find where this BLUE CONNECTOR (California EGR) connects? My car has never been registered in Cali... Is this sensor connected or just left unconnected?

If you don't have an EGR-equipped car, it just sits there unconnected...

I beleive rynberg told me in the past that those are added to all 94 and up FDs, and the 93 CA cars, so that is why you do not have the egr to plug that into.
