ca model vs federal model harness

i know the engine harness and ecu is different on the ca model fd's and federal model fd's but i was wondering if there was a difference in the dash harness?

The CA model harnesses are wired for an EGR switch that’s on the CA style EGR valve. It gives the ECU feedback to whether or not the EGR valve is opening

Also the CA cars have 3 solenoids on the air control valve instead of 1
