c-west headlight kit install?

c-west headlight kit install?
I have recently ordered the c-west headlight kit and read on a different site that it needs 2 relays, one for the headlight and the other for the foglight. Does anyone know anything about this? What size relays do I use for each one? Also, the posting was old and I was wondering if the kit now comes with them.
