A/C Removal How to???
Actually this should be as simple as unbolting and removing the AC compressor, the AC lines, and he condencer then capping the holes in the fire wall where it enters the cab.
The new shorter P/S belt should go right in around your crank and the P/S pully.

Ohhh I needed that pully size thanks!
First get your A/C drained at some shop. mine barely worked, so I just loosened a fitting and it hissed out for like 30 seconds and was done. ITs flammable, so be careful if you do it this way and its also not good for the environment
Well when you start, I reccomend taking out the battery as it makes things easier.
Start by jacking up the car.
Take off the undertray and look over what u have in store.
There are 4 bolts that hold the condensor up there, and there are two lines going to the condensor itself. the big one is 24 mm so make sure you have a wrench that big before you go at it. I used 24 to loosen the male fitting, and a 1 inch to hold the female in place. the smaller lines I think were 17 and 14? I cant remember about those.
Once you get teh two lines off the condensor it should drop down. One of the lines goes to the black cannister in front of the battery and the other goes to the compressor. The compressor has two lines coming off of it. one that comes under the intercooler and eventually connects to the firewall above the downpipe. Getting these two lines off right at the firewall is a PITA.
if you have a problem PM me, I had a little trick to getting it off.
The condensor has 4 long bolts, kinda ricky to get at on the side of it next to the shock collumn. Loosen them, and the compressor should pop right off along with the two lines connected to it.
Thats really it, the cannister in front of the battery comes out after u discconect the two lines on top of it. And dont worry about the electrical connection on it.
