A/C low pressure charge valve??

Does anyone know where the Freon charge valve is located on the A/C system?
I was looking at the diagram from the Service manual but it does not say where the low pressure charge port is located. See attached diagram....

It is not shown on the diagram. The hi and lo pressure caps are on the passenger side inner fender well. Hi is red low is blue you charge the low. Also is just left of the turbos.
