A/C Condenser question

installing my V-Mount and fabbed up some mounts for my condenser but need to have a custom A/C line adapter made up for proper fitment of the lines to and from the condenser. problem is I don't know the size, thread, and pitch of the fittings coming off of it. If anyone has that info and could provide it that would be great. thanks in advance.

There are 2 different AC systems in the FD, the MANA and the Nippondenso, and they both have different line size/thread pitch/etc.

That said you're probably best off finding a local AC shop that can fab lines for you. AC lines are very high pressure and require special tools and parts to properly make.

I have a Denso system and the elbow I am having custom made but by a company out of state because no one in my area wants to build just a hard line.

I have mine mostly apart right now, I think it's a Nippondenso but I'm not sure, here's a picture of the tag on the top

I'm currently on this boat because I have a leak from the compressor and on some custom bent lines that are not holding up well. I am going to try out Pirtek. I am going to remove all the lines and ask them to make custom lines to the exact length and routing as the ones on the car.

I already went to a custom ac shop and said that they do not make hard lines.

What state? Looking around MD as well and almost about to just buy the tools to do it...

I had it made by a company called coldhose. They're in Florida. Took them a day to make it after talking to them over the phone and they had it in the mail the next day. Less then a week and I had my condenser back in. Just do a search for them online.
