Talking buying an FD

hi guys,I need help. I found an FD which im interested in buying but i'm not sure about the specs. The guy said its a 2000 model but it has the 2001 RS spec. (bigger brakes, 4.3 diff, oil cooler and 235kw) I want to know if this is true, if it is how can i check.

heres the website the car is up for sale
http://www.carsales.com.au/pls/carsales/!cs_content.private_vehicle?vehicle_id=84412&curre nt_rec=27&used_rec=3&total_rec=33&sort_type=&total _rec=33&sort_type=&make_id=7&model_id=291&state_id =7&search_distance=25

thanks guys cause im newbie to FD
