Exclamation Bubbles in filler neck but no white smoke? Advice?

Ok so been reading up on all things related to the overheating issues and test methods.

Still a bit unsure as to what it is besides possibly the coolant o-ring seals.

Please just don't post its the seals like i have seen in most other threads about this topic just wanting some friendly discussions on the problem and its causes to decide on what my next move will be.

The car is a 93 FD with just a racing beat muffler and a down pipe.
The motor has 30k rebuilt.

The symptoms:

Started the car cold with filler cap off and it does produce lots of champagne like bubbles.

The car is a bit rough starting for the first 5 seconds then levels out to normal by revving it to around 2k a couple of times.

I fill up the coolant system with water and burp it several times. I go for a drive and it begins to push steam out over flow tube on AST after several minutes. Temp stays normal till it leaks enough to make add coolant light come on then the temp while begin to rise.

It drives and boost fine. It does have a bit of a unstable idle now and then.

It does Not produce any white smoke at all whether it sits up at night or is started throughout the day.

New coolant caps.

A water rushing noise from inside on the passenger side floor guessing heater core?

It does seem like it might be the coolant o-rings but shouldn't there be white smoke coming out the tail pipe when there are lots of bubbles?

rushing nose is air bubbles going through the heater core.

Coolant system pressure test, it probably is coolant seals....
