Broken bov

I have a Blitz bov that came in contact with the belt on the airpump pulley and it wore down the only non-metal piece of the bov.

Here are some pics of the damage:

So now the bov doesn't work at all and it leaks vacuum. Right now I have my old stock bov on but it isn't much better than the broken Blitz (it doesn't hold boost for long and leaks).

I went to the Blitz bov webpage (http://www.blitz-na.com/blowoffvalve.html) and see an item labeled Blow-Off Valve Elbow for $18. I emailed Blitz and asked if this was the part I needed and if it worked on my bov but never heard a response after 2 weeks. I'm not sure if that is the part or if it even works with my bov since mine looks a lot different than the ones that are being sold now.

Should I continue to try and contact Blitz about it or should I fix it myself (and how would I go about that). I'd rather not buy another bov becuase I got this one for $100 and I really can't afford to buy another one right now.

EDIT: I know this isn't a stock 3rd gen part, but it's on my 3rd gen and I didn't know if another forum would be better to posst this in.

I think the Blitz elbow is an adapter that bolts onto the BOV and allows the BOV to connect to the vent hose coming out of the Y-Pipe. It replaces or connects to the flange mount usually found on the bottom of the BOV.

Remove the broken elbow from the Blitz BOV. What do you see? Take it to the hardware store and see if you can find a brass replacement.

that would be my suggestion too. Or see if it needs an elbow one at all, a stright one may be good enough. Doesn't need to be bent.

I've been trying to take it off but it's in a bitch of a position and I don't seem to have a wrench to fit it. It's on there tight as hell. I think I'm going to take it to a friend's and see if he has one that fits.
