broken AEM water injection controller ?

broken AEM water injection controller ?
Hi
My new AEM Water injection controller seems out of order. The status led stays off when I start the car and I've no idea why... It was working great when I installed it some week ago, until yesterday when I installed some gauges (that I've disconnected since, so I can troubleshoot the problem). The AEM kit is powered directly by the red and black wires on the battery. The fuse is OK and I've checked voltage in the controller harness's plug and it seems ok to me (12,5V in both power / arm+ wires)
I just can't believe it stopped working like this after only a few days of service.
Any ideas ?
