Brand new set of solenoids. All failed tests! Am i doing something wrong?
Personally, I would shoot (and have shot) WD-40 into every open hole on every solenoid and switch them open & closed many times before shaking them out and letting them dry. IMHO the actuators are sticking slightly because of long storage.
Maybe you've done this already but I didn't see it mentioned: did you test your gauge setup to make sure that section of your setup is not leaking?
As for "freeing up" the new solenoids, I would cycling them a bunch first with the battery, and maybe a shot of canned air inside.

there were a couple that were sticking and i replaced them but as you see on the video, its that slow leak that worries me.
thanks

yeah im constantly checking my setup on my pressure chamber to see if it leaks and it never did. i think im just gonna throw them in there, and if it works good if it doesnt i'll just throw in a couple of manual boost controllers and call it a day.
thanks dave.
Stephan.
not sure if you have checked the connections at the solenoid itself? Try small zip tie on all ends (guage, vac tester, and the solenoid) to make sure all connections are seal tight?
I am still thinking that what are the chances that all 8 brand new solenoids can be bad?
Good luck.
