As long as each is connected properly and functioning, an aftermarket BOV will not likely outperform or underperform the stock air bypass (BOV) - the differences between stock and aftermarket (each 100% functional) would almost be impossible to measure. People that think they are getting a gain or loss probably had or now have an issue with this device. But aftermarket will sure look and sound cool.
