Why did you gut your precat instead of just getting a downpipe? To save money? The BOV should hardly be going off at 2200rpm, it can sometimes spray a little oil mist, it sounds like your turbos might need a rebuild, are you getting dark smoke coming from the turbo area?

FD isn't the car to own to save money I don't think the main cat being clogged would cause that kind of problem but it might be possible. How long ago did you gut your precat? It could be possibly that stuff that was lose in the precat fell down and got stuck in your main cat.

Some oil in the intake pipes is normal, but only a little bit. If it's thick on there at any point, or you can't see the pipes through the oil, the turbos are blowing too much and they're probably in need of a rebuild soon.
