would a kinked bov hose cause any boost problems like compression surge or something (im not that smart about turbos yet) i just noticed though a few days ago that my bov hose was kinked so i fixed it and now it sounds waaaay more bad ***. but should my turbos still be ok?

modern turbos can hold up to compressor surge a lot better these days.
