BOV/Boost cut issue

Hey fellows I just purchased my first Rx7 yesterday and loving it except for one problem. While looking over the engine bay I found that the aftermarket BOV was not hooked up and the stock ones were. Ive searched and found that one is a BOV and the other is a CRV. The turbos are runing parrell so they both act as BOV's. Correct me if Im wrong, anyways I disconnected the front one and used that vac source for the greddy. The car runs fine except it wont hold boost cause I guess the valve leaks if a vac source is not hooked up. Only reaches 8 pounds. Tried the back one and same thing. I then tried to T it off and run all 3 (two diff sources). There is a massive boost cut or fuel cut [not sure] at 6500 rpms. But if I shift before that it runs fine. Just wondering what are my options.

The only thing I have not tried is giving all three its own vac source. Help please

Also is there some kind of kit to blank off both the valves with a clean look.
