bose tube wire hookup

Hooking up the old Bose tube to see if it works, but there is a clip on the tube, and I can't find where the wire is to hook it with, its a gray clip with 2 pins.

I could not find a hookup for that either. It is not shown in the wiring diagram. I believe it is unused? Odd isn't it..
