Bose Accordion Voltage Readings

Let me start off by saying, i searched... a lot, and not just on the club.

i have not found voltage readings between the connector pins power and ground with ACC on (black connector, not the one connected to the actual amps) I was looking at a wiring diagram and from what i seen it looks like the Black and orange is ground, and the Black and red is power. But i have no voltage showing between the two, but i have reference voltage (5v) on the rest of the pins from the ground wires. Does anyone know what kinda voltage i should be reading. Or are my amps blown? Is there anyway to tell if the amps are blown without buying different ones?
