I just wanted to share what I was trying to accomplish on the stock pickup assembly before buying a double assembly and still being able to run E85. So I've been working with a friend on this and this is what we came up with tell me what you guys think also the line is Teflon coated for ethanol.

Looks bad ***. Don't forget the electrical bulkhead things so you can rewire in tank all the way to the fuel pump. Also, is that teflon ss line rated to be submersible in gas/e85?
(theorie has a thread on here somewhere for rewiring all the way to the fuel pump on here somewhere, i used the part numbers on that thread to get the electrical bulkhead connectors)

One will not be enough for E85 in most cases. If you are switching to E85 you are probably doing so in part for performance reasons and to run more boost and advanced timing. I plan on doing something similar, but I will be using a single high flow, high pressure FUELAB pump instead.

@ phrost yes the line is designed to be submersible with Ethanol, I rewired the pump running it straight with a relay.
@driftfever It should be enough I'm really going for reliability, smoothness and some power of course. I wanted to stay away from doing water injection and go with something more consistent. I'm going to run it until it starts to max out the fuel system hoping to be around 400whp 17psi on mustang dyno currently 340whp 12psi on 91 stock ported motor.
I've currently been using e85 on my Evo for the past year with great results usually picks up 60whp just switching fuels of course tuning and more boost.
@the_glass_man here is some good info on the bosch 44
Bosch 044 Fuel Pump Specs:
Minimum Current: 12 Volts
Operating Pressure: 72.5 PSI (5 Bar)
Minimum Flow @ Outlet: 80 GPH (300 LPH)
Here is a good comparison on pumps in that range. http://realstreetperformance.com/sto...on-test-5.html

I was actually talking about rewiring the wires within the tank because of this known issue.

apparently the supra denso pumps can pull enough amps to melt the connector within the tank.
rewired in tank wires

Here's the thread I was talking about for info on what parts are needed.
