Borla XR-1 as Midpipe?

Borla XR-1 as Midpipe?
Hi guys,
I noticed somewhere else on the forum (https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...ight=hks+hiper) that some people use the borla xr-1 as a midpipe. My question is would this stop the boost creepiing that is caused from a midpipe, because the muffler obviosly has some restriction in it and i think it would have better flow than a aftermarket CAT. So please let me know if you guys think that this set up would stop the problem that our cars have with midpipes.

the Borla XR-1 muffler causes no restriction in the exhaust whatsoever. also, i have heard that is can outflow a straight pipe, though i find that hard to beliieve. having this muffler in the midpipe will not help you if you already have creepage with a midpipe setup. it will only quiet things down a little bit while cruising.
