If you need to bring your boost down, you need a "boost controller". Most people like the Greddy Profec series and there are a lot of threads on them on this forum. If you need a "boost gauge", just about any gauge will do. Just find one that fits your budget and interior styling tastes.

Easy is a relative term. It's easy compared to most things you'll do on this car, but it's more involved than installing a boost gauge. You can take a look here:

If all you need to do is bring down your boost, a manual boost controller is much simpler. Just get some extra rubber hoses and do a little re-plumbing. I mounted my manual controller up along the wheel well so that I can adjust it in seconds. Once you get it set up you won't have to adjust it much anymore.

Profecs and other electronic systems are nice and they have feedback control (self-adjusting) but you'll spend more and need to set them up.
