Boost or Turbo Gauge or Both?

What is the difference between the 2? I no the turbo gauge reads vacum pressure along with boost? is boost gauge still needed for peaks etc? Since the units are different aswell, theboost gauge is PSI ~ 25 and the turbo gauge is 100kpa ~2.0?
