Boost reading problems.. PLZ HELP.

Boost reading problems.. PLZ HELP.
putting my car on the dyno about two weeks ago, i was boosting 12 lbs.
a week later i notice that my boost guage , controller, and commander were only
reading 8lbs. i stilll feel the same power but what happened to the readings?
can anyone help me get my normal readings back.??
