boost problems

only boostin 5 psi on rebuilt turbos need help should i let them break in or whats wrong the set up is non sequential if anyone has any info please reply

do you have restrictor pills, or some type of wastegate control restriction, cuz that would cause you to have 5psi

If the waste gate control rod came off ( the little clip came off ) and the wastgate was flopping. you would get only a slow 5 lbs. Jack it up and check under the turbos.
