Ok heres my problem when I hit WOT it boost 11 psi and then once the secondary turbo comes in it starts droping from 10 psi to about 2-3 and it all hapens when I hit 4.5 k you can actually hear the boost leak out when it happens so what is my problem maybe somebody has experianced this before.

I am almoust positivethat it is the blow off valve that is leaking becouse you can hear it and it sound almoust exhactly like the BOV going off just in slow motion. So when once my wife gets home I will try to check it if day light allows.
