boost pill with silicon

okay, im in the process of doing my silicon hose job. its going to be a long few days and a biyatch at that. removed one of the hoses on the wastegate and there is something inside of it(pill??). if this is the pill how do i get it into the silicon hose, or do i not want it there. thanks again guys.

Yeah, you wanna keep that pill unless you have a boost controller. just cut it out of the old hose and take a phillips head screwdriver and push it in the new hose 3 1/2 to 4 inches down and you are done.

Just to be safe, after you get the pill into the new silicone line throw a tie wrap around it to make sure it doens't move around and no pressure can leak around it.
