What is the most psi you can get off stock turbos without getting into any kind of trouble?

I hope the goes without saying, but...any more than 12psi is trouble if you haven't upgraded your ECU and/or fuel system. 10-11psi for a stock ECU, if you ask me. Only with upgraded fuel/ECU, will the efficiency of the stock turbos start to tank out, which is 14-15psi.
