Boost issues, help me pick the best solution

Ok, currently I have a HKS EVC, TurboXS MBC and PSF piggy back ecu in my garage.

I am getting a pretty good boost pattern but sometimes it'll spike to 1.1bar. My mods are listed in the sig.

I don't really want to put in the HKS EVC so would the TurboXS mbc solve the spiking issue? If so, do I need one mbc for each turbo?

I haven't hooked up the PSF piggy back yet and since this seems like a pretty old system, it's hard to find info on it...but I do plan on just using this (since it came with the car, uninstalled) to tune the car. Does the PSF have a boost control function?

Thanks.

If your running the stock ECU and boosting to 1.1 bar you won't have anything to worry about doing till you replace the motor. Those parts in your garage do your car no good unless there installed. Spiking or creeping at that level on the stock ECU should solve any further questions you may have. Since I don't see what your mods are I'll have to guess your on the stock ECU.

oops, i thought i kept my old sig. Engine mods are:

M2 intake box
hi-flow cat
RX7 store DP
silicone vacuum hoses
stock ECU

I just want to eliminate the spike.

Restrict the exhaust or porting the waste gate are about the only way's you'll be able to keep the spike from happening. The boost controller is a good start but doubtful it will give you the control you need to prevent the spike or creep in colder weather. The PFS piggy back will give your motor a fitting chance at the higher boos levels but 12.5 is about all it's good for on pump gas (IIRC) not positive on the PFS ecu.
