To all the people that mod their car to the coolest, I need help finding a boost gauge(not the huge *** one) that I saw awhile back.

It's a 2 tone color blue/red letter(half of the meter is red, the other half, blue), dark backgound with whatever color needle. It's sort of like the interior gauge of a Volk's GTI if you ask me. It's probably the best lookin gauge I've ever seen compare to the regular black letter with white background.

If anyone knows the brand or where I can find one, it will be greatly appreciated.

Second, any opinions on computer chip upgrade for a rx-7 besides the $1200 stand-alone system? I guess they call it piggy back system or something.

 

Not sure on the boost gauge, but I can help with the ECU.

Depending on what your goals for the car are, you have a few options with ECU's. If you plan on sticking with the stock turbos, and keeping the boost in the 14 or so psi range, you can get away with a piggyback ecu like those offered by Pettit (http://www.pettitracing.com/) Peter Farrell (http://www.pfsupercars.com/ ) or M2.

Those can be had for ~$600, even less if used. If you plan on going farther than that with the car, you really need a standalone like the Power FC, AEM EMS, or Haltech.

 

yea the boost gauge you describe i have never seen or heard of. i personally like my cheap cf autometer ones from kragen. since you are from miami follow GT2's advice and go with a pettit or pfsuper for a computer.
