Boost Creep AFR

Hi all. I am new to RX-7s and just recently purchased a 93'.

The car has intake, catless midpipe, and big unrestrictive catback and I am thus getting some boost creep to about 13psi when under WOT, so trying to work that out with a restrictor plate until I find the time and courage to port the wastegate... But my question is my AFR gauge is showing around 11 when I am creeping, which I understand to be a safe AFR at this boost level (13psi)? Would you be concerned with the creep with this AFR?

Car has no fueling upgrades to my knowledge, stock ECU to my knowledge.

Is it creeping or spiking or both? Meaning, what's your boost at 7000rpm WOT and what's your boost during turbo transition?

11:1 should be perfectly safe at 13psi, if anything its probably still on the rich side.

Seems to be just creeping when up to redline when 2nd turbo kicks in. I'm going to make a video with the camera pointed right at my boost and AFR gauges so I can get better values for each. Hard to look at both gauges, while also driving the car under boost and WOT lol
