Yes, I did a search. I just want to make sure that I can keep the boost down to 10psi when I go non-sequential. Is a boost controller necessary with my mods?

just went non-seq the other day. max boost i am seeing is 8 psi. still waiting to talk to ryan(don't be a rikki) about turning up the boost. i would think you need a boost controller. even now w/ your seq setup i would think that you are past 10psi. nick

Thanks, right now I see 11psi on the 1st turbo and in the few times I've gotten on it, I've seen spikes of 14psi when the second turbo comes on. I just want good reliable boost so i am just going the way of the poor-man's non-sequential.

If you do not have a ECU then dont go past 10psi IMO. Or you risk blowing that car up. I just started to mess with a manual boost controller and I have had great luck. It is always best if you do not have a ecu to get a manual boost controller when going NON-seq. I will p.m. you guys later.

Boost Control w/ Non-seq
I see a spike to 14 psi and then boost settles down to 12 psi till redline.
With my mods I have to use a boost controller w/ non-seq. Otherwise, I can't control boost at all.

I had a Gforce ECU (I've heard they are all pretty much the same) and the 12 psi chip and the 14psi chip acted pretty much the same. I'd get 14 psi and it would settle back to 12 til redline.
