Which actuator for the manual boost cont??(FD)

Im trying to put a manual boost control on the fd.

I was wondering which actuator would i be bypassing with manual boost control. I'm trying to control the boost which is above 4500rpm. (after the twin transtion)

the actuator which is on the top or the bottom?
(looking up from under the car)

The wastegate regulates boost at any rpm and is what you want to control. The wastegate is the upper one, pre-control is the lower.
