Boost Bleeding Problem

hello all,
I have a 93 Automatic and all seems well, but just of late I have noticed that as you're driving and the transmission shifts from first to second, second to third - as you start to climb into the high rpm (around 5000 to 6000 rpm), I've noticed that the boost is bleeding off. I have a Greddy Profec B boost controller and the boost is locked in at 15 psi on high boost. Visual inspection was done to see if there was any possible leakage within the system. All is well.

I have the Peter Farell purple box and boost pattern are 15/15. Should I turn off the vent learn?

Andre
