BNR Stage 3 or Single Turbo?
ive got a single turbo FD and ive been loving it. ive got lots of room in the engine bay now, the rat's nest and all headaches with it are gone, there are less vacuum lines to mess with not to mention its pretty fast for spirited driving/track usage 
edit: personally id go with what is more cost effective, going single turbo requires lots of cash/time to make the conversion. either way it seems like you will win just a matter of money.

IMHO: A properly sized/matched single is better in almost every way. With the mods you have, the price difference isn't huge.
Less heat, failure points, and clutter. Nothing more reliable than a brand new single. Diagnosing boost issues is easier by a factor of 10. "Those who complain about lag are in the wrong gear."

FYI, I have a GT35R and I hit 10psi of boost at around 3600rpm, maybe a bit sooner. The turbo lag is not bad at all and when I'm doing spirited driving I'm over 4k RPM anyhow and it doesn't take much to build boost.
I've never driven with twins before but my setup is completely acceptable to me coming from NA.

if u choose the right single, and have a large street-ported motor, the boost is just as responsive as the sequential set-up and it yields way more power also.

Which is readily available singles or BNR's
Well, I decided weeks ago to go BNR stage 3 for economic reasons. But now I'm starting to realize that it take weeks before I can get the BNR from RX7store. Are complete single systems stock items in most RX7 upgrade providers?

I got a T04R kit for around 2300$ from the rx7store. They use the Ebay manifolds, but mine has held up bout 1.5 years so far. Everything else is legit from what I see, they got the T04R from majestic turbo's. Let's break down the prices, feed w/fittings + drain... 60$, flange for drain 20$, downpipe... lets say 250$? manifold 200$, wastegate 400$, Gasket 12$, clamps + bolts 40$, T04R turbo 900$... so let's say you can do it for... 1900$ w/o shipping ordering most of the stuff from the rx7store.
Im also considering BNRs mostly for the stock feel; i dont need 400+hp, im happy with a stable car at 300-350 (at least thats what i say now)
Also since im in cali, would BNRs actually pass smog, or am i doomed to stock twins forever? Thanks

Long story short, they *should* pass cali emissions at stock levels. Though just as a matter of principle I would keep your stock cat/catback for the purpose of yearly inspections... I have yet to get my car inspected in the UK since I've gone with my BNRs. I'll report back in July with the results when I get it reinspected if you'd like.
I really doubt any decent sized turbo besides the apexi turbo will spool as fast at the sequential twins. My goal with BNR's is to get safe ~370whp for everyday at around ~14psi if im lucky, and then maybe ~400 with water injection.
Another thing ive noticed about singles ( just an observation) they seem to need rebuilds more frequently then the twins, especially BNR's. I think BNR's could last over 60K miles of hard use.

i've heard form a few members that it spools great for a single and compares to a GT35R.
i've heard 10psi can be made by 3000. and i do remember a fellow that had one on a red FD made 390+hp with 13psi on stock block/ports from the RXTuner mag.
just reading that article really opened my eyes to something other than a 35R for quick spool and modest power goals on my graduation gift

gpopshop.com sells rebuild kits for the turbos, they are hitachi ht-12's if anyone doesnt know, did the rebuild myself and it saved alotta money, but I myself daily drive and I am going single as soon as i accumulate everything necessary, sounds like u are close to it than I am, recommendations are go single, no rats nest, any one of those solenoids could go at any given time!!!! but like jmadams74 said completely up to you...........
