BNR Stage 3 Oil Return Lines

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any suggestions and or photos of how they got the oil return lines attached to the BNR Stage 3 turbos?

Im having a really hard time lining up the oil return lines from the turbos to the block.

^ please do. I have a set coming in soon and am curious what's different about the return lines over stock twins.

Were the CHRA's slightly out of alignment, making the drains not line up to the block?

I just removed the stock twins this last weekend and the front oil return line is the devil! My car is a RHD car so the steering column was blocking all access to it. After about 4 hours of messing with it, I was able to slowly slowly unscrew it and remove the turbos.

I always leave the lines attached to the turbos and disconnect them on the engine side. Trying to re-attach the lines to the turbos in the car is EXTREMELY difficult.

If you do need to do it in the car, use 1/4" socket tools and you can get a 1/4" socket 10mm that has a built-in universal swivel head, that makes a real big difference.
