Any one had any problems running full 3" exhaust? Or is any one running it without an issue? Thank you guys

What issues are you wondering about? Your question isn't clear.

Dale well mainly like will the turbos be able to build boost with no problem with little back pressure? Also boost creep I would imagine would probably be an issue. I'm pretty sure Bnr ports the waste gate.

I have the BNR S3 and just swapped to straight midpipe, it's overboosting like crazy. I am revisiting the tuner soon, we should be able to get it under control.

If you have a super wide open exhaust it will creep bad. BNR doesn't port the WG any longer. Porting the wastegate helps. So does some exhaust restriction. The wastegate door blows open at high boost and you may need an aftermarket actuator if you wanna run 20psi or more.

Called Bnr today and asked if they are still porting the wastegate by default and they said yes.

How do you think you and the tunner will get the boost under control? Boost controller

I have mac valves and Adaptronic Select ECU. Hopefully you have at least a PFC before considering changing to full exhaust!

I used manual boost controllers in both wastegate actuators and capped off the other end to the 2 control solenoids after I got my 3" exhaust made - got the boost back to factory levels, no problems
