BNR Stage 3 equipped FD ready to terrorize the RICE community!! lol..
Greetings,
The car is alive!!! I am proud . I did the job only by myself without the help of anyone. I started the car
and everything is running fine. Idle is perfect with the
upgraded 1300cc injectors. My first run with the car
was smooth. I tuned the pfc with the PIM. The car was way to rich between 5k-6k RPM. Also my PFC was unable to maintain the boost at 16 lbs in the upper
rev. So I repluged my HKS AVCR and now it scream
at 16 PSI!! I am very happy with the turbo. The car
feel lot more stronger. I barely keep up while shifting. the car rev so quikly!! feel the power! The turbos also spool very fast. Now I am wondering if I must install a resonated midpipe...

awesome!!
The difference from a stock cat or high flow cat to a midpipe is unbelievable
If the resonated is going to stop airflow don't get it just get a straight through one but keep an eye on your boost it should go to 18 or so depending on what you are getting 16 with now.
Be warned its LOUD and smelly!!

Thanks for the advise. I thing I am gonna go with a resonated midpipe from the RX7 store. It reduce the droning sound associated with midpipe. I expect the
car to be damn loud!!
Thanks

Glad its running good for you but here is my advice.....
Dont mess with tuning if you dont have a wideband or if your not on a dyno with a wideband. Just because it smells or looks rich doesnt mean much. Get on the dyno asap and get some a/f readings so you know EXACTLY whats going on.
Take the advise from someone that has blown engines, you HAVE to get your true a/f ratio and REALLY tune by it if your going to run high boost like that.
Glad to see its running good so far though!!!
