ok I checked if the solenoid plugs were in the correct spot and they were. so what I did next was changed out the two pressed flat hoses and sense I was already to the solenoid I also connected 12V to the H and F solenoids and they made a click sound so I guess that means there good. Now I turn the car on and everything looks good so far. So I take it for a spin and now I finally hear the beautiful high pitch spool coming from the primary turbo, so its working. I only take it to an easy 3000rpm every time for about a mile and im getting .47bar. Now I wanted to see if my second turbo still works so I take it to 4000rpm and then all of a sudden my boost just disappears near 4500rpm and all I hear is something like air getting blown out from somewhere under the hood while driving. I stop the car, turn around and see if im still getting boost for my primary turbo and im not. I am back where I started at 0 to .05bar for both turbos. Afterwards I checked if all the hoses were still plugged and they were. Everything looked fine but still no boost. Now where do I go from here?

also another thing thats strange now is that after a couple hours i will drive it after everything that just happen above and there will be no problem with my primary boost again until i hit over 4000rpm then all the boost goes away and i start to hear air being blown out and i can only hit .05bar of boost... also i dont hear my blow off valves working anymore, you think thats where my problem is and thats where im hearing the air blow out from constantly or maybe they are not working because there is not enough pressure being built up??

you guys think it might be my Actuator (Turbo Control)? How do I know if its working or not? I think my problem has something to do with the solenoid valve (charge control) and solenoid valve (charge relief) because all the vacume hoses conected to them are flat, and/or it could be the actuator (turbo control).

ok well just for the heck of it, since it seems like no one knows what the problem is, im going to Simplify my vacume lines to see what happens... im going to use the second diagram "Simplified Seq." because i dont know what to do with the boost control on the other two diagrams after it.

Sounds like a boost leak. Is your PRV venting all of the boost after transition? Sounds like it isn't closing.

If you haven't figured it out already, the PRV is the Pressure Relief Valve and the CRV is the name of Honda's mini-SUV which is outselling the Element and the reason why Honda is discontinuing the Element.

Did you mean the Charge Relief Valve? If so, you've already referenced it in your previous post.
