blue plug..what is it

I don't have a pic. I have a california car as well. There is a blue plug that sits behind the alternator, under the pressure chamber. It is in the same group of plugs as the two turbo control solonoid plug for those two solonoids that connect to the UIM. Anyone know if this blue plug is cali emissions?

Because you were the one that said, "I don't know what it is...could be emissions...post up on the forums though and see what they say"

okay, it is for EGR. Is there a resistor that I need to plug into the blue harness plug, or should I just plug in the EGR valve and let it sit under the UIM?
