Blown engine 93rx7 needed help on appraising my 7

hey guys

just wanted some help on gaging the current market value for a blown engine 93Rx7 w/ an auto tranny? w/ 93 k miles on the body .... needed to decide if i'm going to keep this or just throw in the towel w/ this car

at least 10 k miles on a rebuilt engine done by KD rotary... believe me i'm in a very frustrating position... can't really blame anyone but me for lending my car to friend for 3 1/2 months while i'm away in the service. ... never had a chance to drive my car again and now i'm stuck w/ the bills to get the car out of the shop which its currently is still in right now.

It really depends on the condition of everything else (paint, interior, suspension, etc). A car in good condition but with a blown motor can go from $6k to over $10k depending on a lot of conditions.

If you still have the original pillow ball bushings, original springs and shocks, etc, then that will devalue the car as at 93k miles those things will need to be replaced.

Are you 'completely' sure that the motor is blown?
