NC Block stamped with ARS 2031104?

Hey fellas, i picked up a block from a friend and it has some numbers stamped on the housings.

It reads ARS 2031104... and on the front pulley it had a piece of tape across it that says warranty void..

Not sure where the motor is from or what the stampings mean. Im sure one of you guys has seen this before.. I have pics but cant seem to upload them from my phone.

Any answers...

Open the motor up today. Irons looked great, rotors were cut to 3mm, but one of the rotors had crazy pitting on one side, and one rotor housing had some pits on the bottom. I really wanted to build this motor to a carzy spec. But we will see what I can work with.

Yeah. The irons are good. The one housing and one rotor are shot. Think im gonna look for some 87 turbo rotors. Turblown stud kit, mandeville balance, some rotor clearancing, south coast rotary corner and side seals, and some e&j seals, projay typhoon with semi lower. My motor is fine thats in the car now. I just like following the jones..

I really wanted to start a 3 rotor project but the motors are giraffe booty high.
