Blitz FMIC Install Instructions? Or Pictures of your battery tray

Im just now getting around to installing my battery in the FD in the Blitz specified way. Anyhow Ive seem to have lost my install instructions and need to cut the factory battery tray. I just need to know where to cut it and how it mounts afterward.

thanks
Jeremy

Hey man -

PM me your email address and I'll email you the install docs.

You basically cut out the front corner of the tray to make room for the IC and radiator. You can then (if it's like the Apexi front mount I currently have) put a Miata battery sideways in the tray and you're good.

Proper place for the battery? Over the rear end.

I have a yellow top in the trunk too
how the hell did your battery get so dirty...
take pictures when you are done

if you do the battery install, you might consider an inline switch to turn power on and off without needing to disconnect the battery
also, to do it properly a little welding is needed if possible

My hands were dirty when i put the battery in. I have since then cleaned it up lol. That is the finished pic though other than the grease on the battery. The inline i didnt really feel necessary since its just a 12mm to pull the negative. Too easy.
